First enjoyed by British officers in India as an attempt to mask the bitterness of quinine, the Gin and Tonic was born from a treatment for Malaria in the 1700s. Now we simply enjoy this fizzy classic on a hot summer day. Stir this up with a handcrafted tonic syrup and top with our favorite club soda from Q Mixers. Keep it élégante and garnish it with your fresh rosemary sprig.
