This barrel rested beauty has all the traditional characteristics of gin with additional complexity only time in barrel can produce. We start with a select blend of botanicals soaked in our premium grape spirit and finish in American oak casks.

Taste: Vanilla and caramel on the nose with fresh botanicals and a sweet orange peel body. We take our award winning gin and age it in medium toast American oak barrels.
