Sweet and tart ruby grapefruit with the dreamy Bethel Rd. gin comes together beautifully with a refreshing finish from the zesty lime and bittersweet Campari.

Ingredients

• 2 ozs Bethel Rd. Gin
• 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
• ¾ oz Campari
• ½ oz Fresh lime juice
• 2 ozs Soda water

Directions

• Shake all ingredients except for soda and double strain over fresh ice.
• Top with soda water and garnish with fresh lime wheel.
