Ingredients

• 2 ozs Bethel Rd. Brandy
• 1 Absinthe rinse
• ½ oz Simple syrup
• 3 Dashes Peychauds bitters
• 1 Dash of SLO Bitter Co Rose + Pink Peppercorn bitters
• 1 Lemon peel

Directions

• Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with absinthe, add crushed ice and set it aside.
• Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside.
• Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass and strain the drink into the glass. Garnish with a slice of expressed lemon peel.
