Sazerac
Ingredients
- 2 ozs Bethel Rd. Brandy
- 1 Absinthe rinse
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 3 Dashes Peychauds bitters
- 1 Dash of SLO Bitter Co Rose + Pink Peppercorn bitters
- 1 Lemon peel
Directions
- Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with absinthe, add crushed ice and set it aside.
- Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside.
- Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass and strain the drink into the glass. Garnish with a slice of expressed lemon peel.
