Bethel Rd. Distillery’s cask aged brandy is hand-crafted from Estate grown vineyards in Paso Robles. The aromatic base wine is distilled in small batches, with careful attention to retaining the varietal nuances. We are proud to say these grapes were grown, fermented, distilled, aged, blended and bottled by us to create this unique spirit.

Taste: Toasted orange-apricot nuances. Oak aging adds layers of caramel, butterscotch, fresh cigar box, hints of smoke, and richness to the palate.
